The small one is good for sauces and spreads…the middle for side dishes…the large for big salads. And much more. I like picking the leaves that will make up the set…willow, maple and ginkgo, in any order that fits nicely. Sometimes wild grape if they are in season. Its very satisfying to see them all fit together!
